I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was horrible. The first car had a low fob(key) battery that we were about to use for 10 days on vacation... they told us we had to replace the battery ourselves. They argued with us to give us another key/car. After going back and forth we received an uncleaned car with several used water bottles and gum wrappers and low window shield fluid. We asked for confirmation drop off and pick up times day of. When returning the car I never received a receipt nor did I receive one to my emails after 2 weeks . I had to wait over 2 hours on hold to just to ask to receive a receipt because I saw extra charges outside the basic charges. I found out they incorrectly charged me (even after confirming the details). Thank you for my credit card statements making me aware!!!! I found this experience awful with incompetent workers from the front desk, pick up/drop off, and customer service. Shake my head!

There is but it depends. I've had my charges for this through budget be as low as 10% of the daily fee.
i called the avis/budget office at space needle. they do not provide pick up/drop off service to/from cruise terminals.
