Tip: if you have a reservation and receive a confirmation email: IT IS NOT A GUARANTEED CAR. All bad from the start when I made a reservation early and they tried to get me to call closer to the date needed. NOPE! Horrible experience and no accountability taken. I was rear ended, surprise! It’s Seattle. Reserved a rental through Enterprise one month ahead. Maybe extra for some people, but because of the shortage plus I’m a planner, this usually turns out better than last minute people. I received a confirmation email with a code and the type of car and thought I was good to go. Morning of, I call this location to confirm they’re picking me up or if I need to go get the car to get mine repaired. They said they don’t have a reservation for me. They put me on hold and came back saying they or the insurance company needed to confirm again—the email should have been enough. Oh, and they are out of cars. They said they are booked out the whole week but that “I” “should call around and see if other locations have availability”. This should be their responsibility for good customer service. No surprise, everyone on the south end is sold out of cars too. I called the insurance company trying to get them to find another company, not much help there. Enterprise corporate, or oversees, was useless too. I used to rent enterprise for my travel but with this experience I will go Anywhere else.

Matthew was very much customer friendly and helped arrange SUV in last minute for us. But seems like other staffs here are not following the right practices. They charged us $200 cleaning fee for a rental of $161/day. First time in past 100s of bookings we have been charged a cleaning fee and that too $200 bucks. Upon contacting they just gave vague and unjustifiable explanation that there were chips dust in car etc which obviously is a normal thing. This is opportunity abuse and seems like they wanted to clean the vehicle for long and posted the charge on us. We have a contract from AMAZON employees. This would be a terrible feedback for all Amazon employees. Not a Happy New Year for us! 👎🏼

Really impressed. This was the first time in my life that I've had a hassle-free rental car experience. They didn't even do the standard rental agency thing where they give you a hard sell on some overpriced and unnecessary insurance policy. I just walked in and got a car.
