We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Block 41 and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! We had so many people compliment the space and it comfortably held 200 guests while still providing a warm, intimate environment. Further, Beth was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend as a venue for any event!

We had our wedding reception at Block 41 this year. We chose it because of the unique aesthetic, the flexibility and expansiveness of the event space, and the convenient location. The venue manager was helpful and responsive, and the venue was well supplied with furniture and lighting options. Loading in was pretty smooth considering the downtown location. One thing to be aware of with this venue is that they work with a set of preferred caterers and furniture rental companies, and we had to pay extra and do a fair amount of extra coordination to get the vendors we wanted. Overall our event was a success, and we were very happy with how the space worked out.

A simple, unassuming, spacious, elegant, contemporary and conveniently event space in Belltown. Ease access, simple pallet of steel and wood makes this place adapt to most events and personalities. An elegant steel stair draws one from entrance to the upper level hall. Creative lighting design complement accent white painted brick wall by the stair. There is amazing outdoor event stage with sliding gate access, a seattle and mount Rainier graphics that personalize the Forum.

I have been to this concert last week. There were some seats at the end, They were very close to restrooms. There was no intermission. The concert was an hour long. And the venue is on ground floor so they weren't any stairs.
Hello Carol, There are 3 pay lots within a one minute walk of our venue: -2312 1st Ave between Bell & Battery -2216 3rd Ave between Bell & Blanchard -314 Bell Street between 3rd & 4th You can also find 2 and 4 hour street parking in front of our building on 2nd and on Bell Street, as well as all streets within a 3+ block radius. You can use the pay by phone app to re-up your parking once inside. The need to pay for parking ends at 8:00pm. We look forward to seeing you at an event soon! Parking up on 3rd is a little better than on 1st. Nothing great right by the venue. Few lots, but look for street parking first
Hi Ricky, this venue is managed by an awesome team who are very accommodating. You'll likely run into issues with the city regarding serving alcohol, but I do know of an event going until 11.
