The best way is to rake your ticket in and exchange it for another time. They don’t really do refunds.
I have seen at least one person who could not get a refund. Never hurts to try.
Call them up and they might be able to process a refund to the card. The other option is going there where they can void it with the card/give you a pass. If you bought through Fandango you may be able to get the refund through them.
I wouldn't be surprised if you can't. They are not known for making things easy
