I wouldn’t recommend or refer anyone there. The caseworker I had to deal with was Ghetto, rude and obnoxious. I’ve been a Medical & Legal Interpreter for the past 15 years wether it’s Face to Face, Audio or Video, I do my absolute best to help communicate with the patient/member and Provider as best as I can. I was on an audio call the other day with a caseworker (Jennifer) and it was absolutely horrible in the manner of professionalism this woman had. Kept over talking the patient and myself, when I asked for laden’s term “on a procedure,” and explaining to her it’s to ensure clearer and accurate interpretation because some words/phrases don’t exist in other languages. She dismissive, had major attitude and told me to just interpret, she’ll explain later. Without realizing how difficult it can be for the patient to recall what’s being now?? I than asked for her full name and she didn’t give it. I don’t get some people, if you hate your job that much, look for another career, and if you don’t understand your role in the “Human Services Field,” you have no business being in that position or industry as a whole! Just sad that I even have to write this 🤦🏻♂️

Willow w., I too had Karen Stodola, she is very wishy washy and incompetent too. Also I experienced her denying a prescription, plus forgetting to send one out too. She shouldn't be working in the medical field, period! Her mishaps will eventually lead to malpractice, as well as lawsuits. She can never be trusted again, especially with my health! Sadly this clinic did a passive aggressive switcheroo without my permission! I first had Mark Atych as my primary care physician, and unfortunately without my consent, they changed it over to the P.A., Karen Stodola! Willow, I also concur, that her communications skills are inept! Karen needs to take a public speaking 101 class! I refuse to ever step into this clinic ever again because I find them to be a malignancy on my health!

My daughter and I met with Jennifer this week to get help getting our insurance questions answered. She was so kind, professional, and thorough. She walks us through every step and we left feeling confident we are the right path. Thank you Jennifer.

Helpful? Wow. I was told to come in at 3:15. After waiting in the reception area from 3:10 until 4:30, with not a single person even addressing us or informing me the doctor was running late, or apologizing for the wait, I went back up to reception. They confirmed my appointment time of 3:30, but asked me to come in 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork (which took all of 5 minutes). At that point they said, yeah, he's running a bit late. And actually, they said, they just didn't have a clean room. I saw about 15 people leave and only three go back and another three employees stop and chat at the front desk before casually going home. The doctor didn't come in the room to see us until 5:00, and when I mentioned that I have never waited so long for an appointment, ever, he argued that my appointment wasn't actually until 4 and when I was told to come in at 3:15, he said it was probably to fill out paperwork. I said, "Forty-five minutes? For two pages"? Apparently he didn't like me confronting this, because he instantly became indignant and patronizing, as if HIS time was extremely valuable. Not ours? This appointment was for a simple routine referral to an eye surgeon my daughter has seen for 10 years, but this doctor seemed to have go through a series of exercise to see if there was anything wrong with her sight. Yes, you might notice "she is wearing bifocals." I came away thinking that there must be a reason this guy is working in a community clinic and not his own practice or a major hospital. It seemed like everyone there was incompetent. Not where I want to go for trust in my healthcare.

Okay. Thank you.
Thank you for reaching out. The Lake City clinic does not have dental services. The closest Neighborcare clinic that provides dental care is at the Meridian clinic in Northgate; this location also provides medical and pharmacy services.
