A single follow up visit for depression medication cost me 300$ after insurance. Glad the medication kinda works because they gave me an actual reason to be sad.

Excellent Health Center. From the phone call I made to schedule my first appointment, to the front desk staff, the nurses and the doctors. The doctor I saw, (Dr. King), I can't credit enough. I didn't expect for her to spend so much time with me. She made me feel very comfortable, she was not in a hurry, and I can tell that she is passonate about helping her patients. She explained things well and took care like a good doctor should! My nurse was so lovely and full of vitality too. Ignore the 1 star reveiws on here- it is a great health center.

Dr. Waterman is awesome, love her as a Doctor, but my wife and I have found the administrative side of dealing with Pacific Medical to be a huge headache. Scheduling appointments, getting access to information, processing insurance, pretty much all of the core aspects of dealing with a medical institution are unnecessarily painful, confusing, and cumbersome. Our newborn had some standard tests done, and we were advised it would take roughly a week, but its been a month and they are still unsure of why they don't have the results. When you have a newborn, this is stressfull, and really should not be an issue. Additionally, when we were scheduling our first newborn checkups, the customer service reps were extremely confusing (and seemingly lacked basic training on protocol), luckily, Swedish nurses were able to sort through the madness and get our appointments set up. Lastly, we waited over an hour for our last infant appointment, I get that Doctor appointments typically start a little late, but, it seemed like a symptom of the broader disorganization we've experienced with this institution. Perhaps they need someone in charge to take a look at how the facility is being managed, I'm not sure, but, there are many alternative options for care in the nearby area that are far easier to work with; I would recommend lookin elsewhere for care. For what its worth, we met some very nice people that do work there, so, hoping they can figure out how to streamline how they work.

This is a great historic building, nicely renovated inside while keeping the 1930's charm and style. Had a meeting in a room on the 8th floor with amazing panoramic views of Seattle and the surroundings. Spectacular. There is a parking garage conveniently located on the grounds at a reasonable rate. If you have an opportunity for business or pleasure to visit, I highly recommend the visit.

You can only contact a doctor you have seen before. On line appointment scheduling is only available with primary care docs. If you need screening related to current health crisis, you can call in and ask to speak with the triage nurse
Hi Carol, thanks for you question and apologies for the delay in responding. No--we are a private, nonprofit network of outpatient health care clinics. PacMed has 9 clinic locations serving primary care and 35 specialties. We are affiliated with both Swedish and Providence.
Several years ago we affiliated with Providence Health & Services, they now have all of our retirement records. Please call them directly at: Retirement Service Center: 866-776-8727 HR Service Center – 888-687-3753 Thanks for getting in touch with us. Pamela Pacific Medical Centers
