"no frills staff", is an understatement. This place is terrible and I wish I had a real dentist to go to. When you are poor you have to take what you can get. This dentist office was bad from the time I checked in. Only x-rays so they could get some money.

Lovely, dedicated and no frills staff. I've been a patient since 2015 and frequent a minimum of once every 3 months and everyone there is professional and generally cares about you and your health. Though insurance issues do arise, the staff has always been able to navigate the system for me and figure those issues out. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. They're wonderful people, making a positive difference in people's lives and the community.

I have been going to this clinic since it was opened by Dr. Moore. He was my primary care physician until he stepped down. I have the choice to go to any other doctor in the city, because I have worked hard to get a career with the best insurance. I have lived all the way in Edgewood for four years, but you best believe I drove up to Capitol Hill for my appointments. Country Doctor Community Clinic has the most amazing staff you've ever seen. I love my doctor. We have a relationship built on honesty and trust. It goes both ways. I have seen a number of counselors there over the years & they have all been great and so helpful. The lab is so understanding with people, like myself, who are afraid of needles. They're gentle and calming. The front desk workers are a ray of sunshine on your cloudiest of days. The nurses all have an amazing sense of compassion and somehow an incredible sense of humor. They can pick you up when everything seems to be putting you down. The maintenance staff keeps the building immaculately clean & I am so thankful for that. It's not often you go into a clinic and have a sparkling restroom every time you go in. The pharmacy is quick and kind. They don't carry the controlled medications, and kudos for them for that. They are protecting themselves, and they're protecting you. The wait times are pretty much nihil. I've had a couple of times where I had to wait a while, but nine times out of ten, you get in early or on time. If you send a message on MyChart about an issue you're having (send pics, it helps), they WILL write you back, they will call you back. They are so dedicated to their patients! They have someone there who's sole responsibility is to help people sign up for insurance. This clinic is a team effort. Not one of them can do their job in such a proficient manner without the rest of the team. No matter where I live in Seattle, I will never go anywhere else if I can help it. I love Country Doctor Community Clinic and you will too!

I've been going to this clinic for a bit over 12 months. Or should I say, I've been trying to. I had a phone appointment today (covid and all) which my doctor simply didn't turn up to, although I did get multiple calls from the clinic confirming my payment and insurance info. If this were a one-off mix-up, no big deal. But the same thing happened for my last (pre-covid) appointment: I showed up at the clinic, whoops, no doctor, oh, sorry, we don't have any appointments for at least 2 weeks. So despite its cozy name, this clinic has always made me feel like a faceless cog in the medico-industrial complex -- they are brutally efficient at billing you and pretty inefficient at everything else. Why two stars and not one? Well, on the rare occasions I've actually managed to see a health professional at this clinic, they've been competent and nice.

Make appt online. It's easy and they will get back to you that day or the next day for setting up your appt.
They probably went to lunch. I would call them back.
Yes
On the website it says they are still switching over to the new system (supposedly today, June 24th), the login button says "SOON" and doesn't go anywhere... yet.
Unfortunately I do not have an answer but I would suggest you call the Country Doctor on 19th and Republic
The location on 19th ave doesn’t have patient parking
They would never refuse care unless it is something outside of what they can cover and with that they would send you to a specialist.
