moved in at the beginning of the year and it has been the best apartment experience I've had in my life so far. super dog friendly and the pool is amazing to have during this heat. but the best part is the events that are put on 3 times a month. from courtyard bbq's to food/snack drop offs, I've never been a part of a community so thoughtful! we've made so many amazing friends living in this area and they do a great job at making us feel safe. it will take a lot to get me to leave here 🙂

Have lived here at Leilani for 2 1/2 years and cannot speak more highly of an apartment! Ashley and the rest of management really care for you. They are fantastic at listening and adjusting to any needs you might have. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for maintenance so shout out to the maintenance team for that. That's rare for apartments I've lived in. And the community here is phenomenal. The social events and food drop offs make this place really feel like more than just an apartment. It's a place of belonging and family. No place I'd rather live in Seattle than here!

Edit: We were contacted by the office soon after the issue described below, and they were very helpful and apologetic! They gave is the option to either have the discount in May, or to have a check cut for the promised discount amount. We requested the check and received it within the week. During this time there were a lot of really awesome community events, which made this review change really easy. They've earned this 5 star review! Pro: the workers are so kind, the whole community is clean, well maintained, and there are many community events. Cons; communication isn't as clear as in my previous apartment complexes. When we first moved in we were promised that we would have a $1,000 savings on rent, and they didn't specifically say which month. As we were signing the specified that it would be our second month's payment that would be discounted. We signed up for autopayments for rent, and when the rent came out we were charged the full amount. It would have been five stars, but its incredibly disappointing to be promised something and have them drop the ball. They've rectified the mistake and have promised us that our NEXT month will be discounted. However as everyone knows moving is VERY expensive, so now we must wait another month before we're able to buy some essentials we've had to wait on for a while now. I might update my review in a few months if the community is as great as it seems (and to be clear, it does seem wonderful!) but with this rather expensive mistake I just can't give a perfect review.

Recently moved to Leilani and really happy we did! Our apartment is great! It's close to everything while being tucked away enough to be quiet. The leasing team made move-in super easy and are always available if needed. Sydney was engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful. I've only had to put in one (minor) service request so far but maintenance was very responsive. The grounds are also kept clean which I appreciate.
