The team was really excellent; Luca was warm, and welcoming at reception, and handled my insurance and billing with expertise — and Dr Nelson was awesome at handling my neck pain! He was attentive and personable, and very thorough in my assessment, in treatment, and in describing my care plan to make sure my pain gets resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to resolve chronic neck and back pain! Plus, the office is very accessible — by car, or by public transit! I highly recommend Neck and Back Pain Center. Dr. Brian Chan is very knowledgeable and experienced. He takes the time to understand my issues and come up with realistic treatment plans. The staff are always welcoming and kind. I had times urgently needed adjustments to help with lower back issues. Even with a full schedule Dr. Chan always able to see me on that same day. I had recommended his service to my colleagues and my family.
