I think the actual surgery went okay, however they failed to inform me about the sutures, and over 24 hours later my tongue is still numb. 3 stars because they got me in quick and the procedure didn't take too long. Also good luck trying to call them, they don't pick up or call back

I was originally referred to this place on 11/13/21. After leaving several messages over a series of weeks and having to re send my referral because “they didn’t get it” I was finally told by this place that they passed my referral to another oral surgeon. They were kind enough to transfer me this new place and I got another another voicemail. I never heard another word from either one of these places. After being in agony with a tooth that was near abcessing for weeks I finally went to an emergency clinic and got the tooth removed. I wouldn’t recommmend these ‘professionals’ to my worst enemy. This was the worst experience ever.

This place lied to us about their name and gave us a false number. This place is far from professional, they have said my wife had a bit of amnesia after being sedated from the 8 teeth pulled that she had done and that she did not remember the doctors talking with her about her after treatment and that her escort had a talk with the doctor as well. I was her escort and had no surgery so surely I have had no "amnesia" since I wasn't sedated and I would have remembered a doctor show his face and have a conversation with me about the after care for my wife. They never scheduled a check up appointment and now that we call its a different place and even they have said that they need to fix their number since that wasn't actually northwest oral and surgery.its been a week and my wife is still bleeding. Amateurs. This place should be investigated upon and I will find a way. The doctor's number he gave my wife only gives you prerecorded responses. This doctor is cowardice and won't fess up to the scrutiny of his unprofessional work and ethic.

To get a hold of time You must leave a message they will call you back the following day in the morning if you cannot answer the phone call in the morning leave a message of a good time for them to contact you with the phone number. Because of the Covid pandemic there are thousands of people trying to get in here the phone lines are jammed therefore they are only taking voicemails …….I was scared to Get my wisdoms removed. I suffered for years because I was so scared. This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely deserves like 10stars. They are just amazing. They guide you through it all. They pushed me to my car afterwards were my brother had been waiting. They placed a blanket on me before surgery. The guy would put me to sleep was so good at communicating. I told him I wanted to know before he put the medicine in me to be put to sleep. Best experience I have ever hadAbsolutely no complications healed perfectly fine was given 21 Vicodin’s for pain which was plenty. Thank you so much to all your kind staff.

I've heard there is a type of "local anesthesia" between novacaine and general anesthesia. What is it? How does it compare in pricing for surgery? Thanks.

There is no type of local anesthesia between Novocaine and general anesthesia. Novocaine is a type of local anesthesia. There are mild forms of sedation such as nitrous oxide, aka, laughing gas, alone or nitrous oxide supplemented with an oral sedative medication such as Valium. In the right circumstances, mild sedation can be quite effective.
