I saw people smoking away from the building, out in the parking lot, and didn't see any confrontations with staff.
I stayed there and just went out to my car to blaze! It was all good.
Noooope! No smoking of any sorts on the premises. However, most rooms have a small balcony so do with that what you will.
My wife did in the room no issues i wouldnt suggest it if your going to smoke take it to the car but dont have the keys in the ignition in colorado your car is an extension of your home but if the keys are in the ignition you can get a dui
