If I could give this place a six I would. Super clean, like spotless. View of the mountains from the eighth floor are stunning. The person that checked me in got me into a better room without me asking and it was super appreciated. Only downside is paid parking, but my work is paying for that.

Nice , comfortable ,clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking lot so great. They have a parking garage that charges 15 for unlimited in and out. Which was fine for us but there wasn't really any parking for trailers so we had to find a place to drop off our trailer. The entry lobby and elevator's we're a bit dirty. The second floor lobby was clean .

This place does not have much of a view unless you are a fan of roofing and car parks. Make sure to book on their own website if you are a Hilton member and would appreciate a warm welcome upon arrival. If you choose to save $20-30 by booking through Expedia or any other third party sites you will be stripped of any membership or status you have through Hilton rewards. Otherwise the room was clean and decently comfortable bed. Obnoxious 8am (checkout is at noon) room cleaning knocking at the door at 8 am!

The night I arrived when I was getting the bed ready to sleep I found bloodstains on the comforter. Since it was late and my son had already fallen asleep on the other side of the bed I didn't want to wake him up. The next morning I informed guest services that I want this changed immediately and the staff assured me that it will be taken care of. They also added free breakfast to our room for the inconvenience. While we were at the kitchen for the breakfast buffet, the server Jose was so rude and impolite with us. While we were there getting our food we saw him politely greeting other guests and taking care of their requests. We have no idea why he would treat us that way. On my way out I reminded the staff at the reception again to make sure that comforters to be changed before I come back to the room. I came back after 3 or 4 hours and saw the bed was made. I checked the comforter and saw that the bed was made with the same stained comforter. At this point, I realized that property has no idea what hospitality means. And it did not do justice to the standard of Hilton group of hotels. Would never stay at this place ever again. It is such a shame to Hilton's "clean stay" policy. I hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

So where exactly do you park when you stay here? Is there at least a load/unload area when you arrive and before you leave?

You can park in front of the hotel to unload/load. Parking is in the garage across the street.
