This hotel was so fun and unique. Trees and fountains in the lobby as well as a huge, beautiful fireplace made it really appealing to hang out in the lobby. My daughter loved the pool and my son loved the video games they had in the lobby. We had a good dinner at the restaurant and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. It would have been good for a restaurant. The French toast and omelet were amazing and I'm pretty sure the salsa and whipped cream were homemade. There were some pretty minor cosmetic issues with the room itself, but I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed in a deluxe room for three nights and it was very nice. It was newly renovated and very clean. Nothing negative to say and the bed was very comfy. My husband loved the breakfast buffet. We didn't bring kids this time but I know they would have loved the big indoor pool!

My family and I had a mini spring break here. Only been to the springs for specific trips, never just to play tourist. I chose this hotel mainly for an indoor pool and the breakfast buffet. Who doesn’t love free food. Pros - Free buffet breakfast Swimming pool open to kids until 10 pm Very spacious and open inside the hotel The restaurant on site is fairly priced and delicious! We got the pizza and loved it. The most FRIENDLY staff I think I have ever encountered at a hotel! Really nice seating area in the common foyer that’s open and comfortable. Very good price! Cons The pool was kinda dirty - maybe just needs to be skimmed more often? They have areas for cash gratuities for the breakfast but do not accept cash at the restaurant so they are very hit or miss for getting change for a tip. Would be nice if you could add on to your room bill if they cannot break large bills. Those two things are really my only complaints! Obviously my complaints are really on staff more property management. I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful and accommodating all of the staff was!

The rooms I would give 3 stars due to their quality. However it is clear that they are working on updating the hotel over all. The atrium/lobby was fabulous! Open, full of live trees and greenery. The pool was warm and not over crowded. The complimentary hot breakfast had anything your heart desires. Including a made to order omelette station that was truly fresh and delicious. The fireplace with large comfy couches sealed the deal for me. I would definitely return.

Save more and get more perks by booking through their website and not a travel site.
A pool which is correctly sanitized never has a chlorine smell. When you can smell it, something is wrong. And since this pool is used by many people it has to be chlorinated for sanitary reasons. I would guess it's OK, but if you doubt, stay out.

You can smoke 50 feet from the building or wherever there is an outdoor ashtray.
As a 60+ lady traveling alone I did not feel unsafe for a moment while staying here.
They don't have a shuttle themselves but do work with Colorado Springs Shuttles and pick up and drop off through the night. You would need to make a reservation through them.
If you book a pet friendly room, the rate includes 1 pet. They accept up to 2 pets, with the 2nd being an additional $10\night. $50 deposit per night, which is refundable at checkout.
I know this is a little late but the reservation would need to have his name in order for him to check in. You can pay for it through a third party but upon check-in he would need to have a credit or debit card that will authorize for the $50 per night incidental, which is refundable.
Not in that immediate area but if you go to cotton wood park on dublin and rangewood which is about ten minutes away there is a decent hilled area with begin er intermediate and expert hills or you can head up to monarch mountain for the day for some mountain adventures overdrive race way is another gold mine or wolf creek lodge featuring an indoor water park
I saw people smoking away from the building, out in the parking lot, and didn't see any confrontations with staff.
