The tour is a walking tour, it involves walking down a few streets and going up and down stairs. There is no elevator either.

Half hour too listen to history prior to a walking tour, that's all the sitting you get. And yes, it's wooden benches.

Only at the introduction part you can sit pn benches...but later you need to walk/ climb throughout the tour.
