Yes! I just went yesterday and really enjoyed it. The only downside was the haze from the Wildfire smokes made it impossible to see the Olympic or Cascade mountain ranges.
Yes. Glass floor in revolving area is open to public. There is sliding glass walls in the top deck and glass seatings . There were a small area closed in the top deck when we visited on august 5th.
Yes! Was just there. It's really nice. Part of the top deck was still closed, but only a small part. Glass floor was great. As well as the glass side walls on the top viewing area.
