No hikiñg just walking around
From one end of the park to the other is about a mile. That would be from the boat ramp to the bridge. Then you can criss the bridge (ignore the signs) and keep going through Los Vigilas ti the United World College which would be 2 miles one way. You can park in the parking lot to avoid paying the day fee. It is mostly flat except 1/8 mile after the bridge. Take water and pee before you cross be the bridge.
No mountain hiking
There's room to walk in to exercise your dog and it's a great place to camp, but if you want to pull hike experience and you're going to have to go somewhere else but not very far. Nevertheless there's a lot of acreage there at the park.
No hiking at the lake you can walk around some what
Not really at the lake but surrounding areas has plenty of hiking
