Earlier the better for good parking and good deals. Don't think you can take it all in in one trip unless you move right along and don't check things out.
The is quite alot of handicap parking you need to go down the road before the main entrance coming from the south
Theres alot of parking but im pretty sure there isnt much in terms of handi cap. A bad time is 11am and 12pm because most close shop . My advice is to get there early around 7 and 8 am so you can enjoy everything offered and score the best deals including eaiser parking.
