Went there to pull a friend's truck out of a mud hole. Mission was a success. I refer to the entire forest as a playground.

The Richloam trail provides for a peaceful walk through some beautiful woods if you're willing to make the trek. I managed to walk four miles of the North loop before running out of daylight and having to return the way I came and after looking at a map it appeared I had only gone about a third of the way around the loop so make sure you bring everything you need as the trail is quite long. The majority of the trail is shaded by the trees and there is plenty of wildlife if you pay attention so I'd definitely recommend visiting this trail if you're in the area. Just make sure to wear some boots or something you don't mind getting wet as there was some pretty deep mud near the beginning of the trail.

Walked the South Loop. Didn't see anyone on the trail and the trail looked like it gets very little traffic. The best part of the trail is walking the path next to the river - I was surprised the trail didn't have more traffic on the paths.

The Florida wildlife management areas are beautiful areas to walk around, explore, hunt, enjoy nature. Beware if hunting season and always be safe out and about.

A quota permit is different than a hunting license, and yes you can hunt without a quota permit
There is a pay by day camp but no rv park
No hunting out in Richloam only in hunting season.
Not that I know of.
I believe so they have signs that state it but you have to ride on the designated path
No, the only parking I found was an area in a field across the road from the beginning of the trail.
No, it has to be a registered vehicle for the road. Must stay on marked trails for vehicles.
Have no idea not a hunter sorry you need to contact them
Yes all kinds!

Yes you're allowed to take your dogs in there but you have to have him tag licensed if there are any other rules regulations I'd get a hold of the game wardens they will get to tell you all the information you need to do thank you
Was just there yesterday . Main roads ok but a lot of side roads where sugar sand
Saddle creek park is the only one i know of around here. Between lakeland & auburndale. Its in the back of the park.
If the vehicle is not street legal you must obtain a off road sticker for it. I'm not exactly sure but I think you go through the game commission to get one
Yes you just need to make sure the roads are passable if youre in a car.
No
It is currently Small Game season until March 4, 2018. Spring Turkey is March 17- April 22, 2018. Wild hog dog season is April 27, 28 & 29, 2018.
Doesn't it have a light or lazer to aim with? And big game season is over till next October.it is illegal to use a light or a lazer aimed weapon of any kind on management area
You are limited to camping only in the designated camp grounds. Pless Place camp has a limited number of overnight sites available on a first come first serve basis. However for the off-road part be advised that the General Gun season opens November 18 & there will be lots of hunters out there. Richloam is also a Dog use type Management Area so most folks there are running hounds.
Richloam is a dog hunting wildlife management area. You can still hunt as well. In regards to cost and regulations, go to the FWC website and all the info for each individual wma is listed there. You can purchase your license and permits there too.
