Richloam is a dog hunting wildlife management area. You can still hunt as well. In regards to cost and regulations, go to the FWC website and all the info for each individual wma is listed there. You can purchase your license and permits there too.
Hunting license is required, deer stamp, WMA stamp. Follow the rules of size and bag limit. Make sure you know which Zone you are hunting in. Rules and dates differ in each zone.
