Stayed at Sunshine Village from Jan 1, 2022 to April 28, 2022. Staff were very friendly and always responsive to our needs. The place is very well maintained and uncluttered. A few improvements it would be a 5 star park. They don’t have cable in the RV park. If they did you could then get internet service. The Wi-Fi in the park was slower than a dial up modem, if you could get it to stay connected, and the cell signal is hit and miss due to being in such a remote location. Overall, our stay was amazing.

We stayed from mid November to April 01st. This is a well kept, clean and well organized RV park. There are permanent residents as well, and they are warm and friendly. We will especially miss Sue and fellow RVer Gail. Our big dog Bear was so well loved by other residents. Dogs are always kept under control. There are rules but they keep it lovely for everyone. The setting is lovely with lots of nature. We really enjoyed the pool and biking through the resort, you didn’t even have to go on the road if you didn’t want to but Webster with a wonderful donut and chicken restaurant is only 1 mile away. This resort is halfway between Orlando snd Tampa, it is perfectly situated and well priced. We would highly recommend it! The only downside was that we had a bicycle stolen. Nonetheless we would stay there again.

Such a hidden gem!! Clean & quiet park, within an hour to Orlando or Tampa. Has laundry on site, swimming pool. A great community atmosphere. The staff is amazing!!

I needed to find a place to stay, last minute for a week or so, close to Bushnell to complete my domicile change, registration and license plates. I called to see if they had a slot since I only needed water and electric. I was in luck! Anita had a W/E space available! The staff were very nice and helpful! Sunshine Village was a quiet retreat! Residents and campers were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. They have scheduled activities that you can take advantage of like water aerobics, walking aerobics, painting classes, etc. The laundry and bathhouses (2) were clean and accessible. I stayed for 10 days and would definitely go back! Thank you Anita and Tammy!

Yes I have seen some which are up for sale. Call the office and ask for Anita, shes awesome and helpful. Shes a pleasant and provide a wonderful hospitality!
The park is mostly 55+ residents. There is is only one 5th wheel near us that is under 45' and they have teen in the home with them. When you say long-term, do you mean more than a year at a time. Our experience is that you first stay 6 months and then they offer an annual term. One part of the park has what I would call permanent homes. These are setup on blocks, tied down, and skirted. The premier RV spots are nice. You have lots of space on each side, a very quite area(sure in part on there bring no small kids), and decent amenities for a park like this. Not sure if recommend for young families though, mostly because the isn't a good play area and they are so many old people.
Our minimum stay is 5 months, however we only have a few sites left for next season. Sorry we can't make everyone happy, but the long-terms are happy 😊
