This is a fort that helped as a supply and way station for the pioneers. It shows how military and pioneer life was like. A must see to appreciate New Mexico history.

This is the remains of a fort established in New Mexico in the late 1800s. It's basicly an outpost in the wilderness and is quite fascinating. A guidebook helps describe the various buildings, the walls of which are fairly well preserved, and the nearby overland trails. The gift shop has some interesting books as well.
