Is it alot of walking? Are there many stairs? Asking due to handicap family member. They can walk but sometime long or stairs are difficult. Thanks for you help.

No stairs at all. There is a small walkway from parking to the gazing place. Its not paved but normal grass n dirt. Pushing wheelchair will be lil harder then on paved surfaced.

I don't remember any stairs at the Observatory

Depending on their ability and how busy it is it might be difficult. There is a small walk from parking lot to structure in the dark with minimal seating in the structure where the presentation is. The low light is to allow for optimal star gazing.
