If you are local you can arrange a visit to their facility and have a meet and greet with a dog you're interested in adopting.

It's best to fill out the online adoption application on their website. An adoption counselor will follow up with you to find a good fit for your family. This is the process we followed to adopt our pups.

Many dogs at Mill Dog do NOT adopt dogs out to families with young children under 6 years old. Homes with older children are considered on an individual basis. Call them to discuss.
