Bunch of condos nearby. Gulfstream is nice. Heated pool. Hot tub. Lights up for Christmas already.

I don't know of any places in Corpus, but you could always rent a cabin in the Rockport area and drive over. About 30 mins away. We stayed at a cozy place called Pelican Bay Resort.
