According to the map on www.ReserveLaStateParks.com, looks like 1045, 1047, and 1048 are also close to the water. But you could probably call the park directly, and they'd be able to answer your question.
Thanks Ivan. I should have specified RV soot. We'll be in an RV. Looks like 1050&1052 are close to water but map doesn't show it clear. I was there last year but don't remember which site u saw that I wanted to get next time. Some had short trail down hill to water in the creek.
They have several areas to where you can just walk onto the edge and fish. But from what I have seen so far as for what cabins have a direct more contact with the walking distance, it be the double cabins. But even if you were to take her to the playground, right across, not even five minutes, you can go down to the edge and fish. They have plenty of shade all around. It's a friendly and quiet place most of the time. Good to relax and enjoy.
