No. Really nothing in this area so stock up on supplies and fuel before going. There is a country store about 7 miles I think but only carry basics.
We used a tent on the beach...no motels or hotels
The closest hotel is in Cameron and is 100 a nite but there are a few camps or cabins for rent in area of rutherford. Call local store and you should be able to get more info. The beach is great. You can camp on beach. Only amenities are water trash portalets.
