Is there a burn ban? Their TPWD page says there is a burn ban effective since Jan. But the reservations page doesn’t mention it.

Hardeman is under burn ban, but I'd call the night access number before having a fire. Even with two days of light rain, the overriding vegetation is still arid.

Crowell to the south just lifted the burn ban temporarily, but since the park is in Hardeman County, I suggest you call the park office or the Sheriff's department in Quanah to find out if it's lifted there too.
