Yes on the east side of lake Lawtonka. There might be a couple other spots.

You can check Camp Doris availability on recreation.gov (you must have a reservation to camp at the refuge). I believe there are electric RV sites, water spigots are around but you must boil water, and there is a dump station.
Yes there are!!!!! I only saw 1 site, but as Achilles mentioned there might be more than 1 site. We were not be able to see the whole area in 1 day.
