Our hotel is located in the Harbor East neighborhood which is between the Inner Harbor and historic Fells Point. It is filled with shopping, restaurants, and also a Whole Foods which under normal circumstances is a vibrant area. Due to covid restrictions, shops/restaurants are operating on reduces hours, thus less people walking around. Like all large cities, we recommend our guests always know their surrounds and ask if they have any questions or concerns. Harbor East also has its own security team that patrols the area and are available to answer any questions you may have. We hope you decide to stay with us soon.
No it is not a safe neighborhood at night it felt like a Micheal Jackson thriller song my the hotel reeked of Marijuana visited with my family and was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton. In the morning we walked a little but once it started getting we headed back to hotel which was crowded with people hanging out in groups the only thing we enjoyed was the aquarium which was awesome.
I go walking around the hotel especially around the harbor and feel safe. There is a couple homeless people around the harbor but even at night there are lots of people waking around.
Very safe. I really believe very very crime low. I love this neighborhood. You will be very comfortable and safe.
