Based entirely on dining room. Had to eat here due to storms and one server was worked hard. Fries were cold, chicken was pretty good. Waited 45 minutes for food and never got any water. I was one of the lucky ones that got served at all as some people walked out.

The location is great, within walking distance of many attractions, and the view of the circle from our window was beautiful. That's pretty much where the pros stop. While the front desk person was pleasant, check in was a nightmare. It took 3 tries for the key to work and we weren't the only guests with that issue. The parking garage is shared with shopping and an office building, and you have to drive around to find which part is connected to the hotel. The hotel is shared with Homewood Suites, so if you get in the wrong elevator, you can't get to your room. The room smelled musty, the toilet was loud, and when we called for room service no one answered. I won't fault the staff as they seemed to be trying their best, but this hotel just sucks

This hotel used to be a great bargain, but not anymore. Check-in was unfriendly, servers in the restaurant were overworked/ understaffed (but trying their best). Room was not very clean. Worst of all, housekeeping was "complimentary" instead of included, meaning no service unless requested.

You can tell they don't clean & sanitize the rooms the way they did when it was the height of the pandemic. The best thing was the veiw. The shower was terrible! The beds are good & pretty firm.

Yes, it's in the fitness center and it's more for swimming laps than just wading.
It's a block away from hilton garden yes it's safe.
Our hotel is located in the Harbor East neighborhood which is between the Inner Harbor and historic Fells Point. It is filled with shopping, restaurants, and also a Whole Foods which under normal circumstances is a vibrant area. Due to covid restrictions, shops/restaurants are operating on reduces hours, thus less people walking around. Like all large cities, we recommend our guests always know their surrounds and ask if they have any questions or concerns. Harbor East also has its own security team that patrols the area and are available to answer any questions you may have. We hope you decide to stay with us soon.
I totally agree with Jonesy. Certain floors allow dogs, and I saw several about. I agree they should never be permitted in the eating areas.
It is close enough (only some minutes) and you do not have to walk along the street!
