I don't have a for sure answer but.. if you drive out the main road to the end their is a store and information center they can tell you exactly.
There are two camping areas one is primitive though it's right below the scenic overlook and the full accommodation camping is on the left on your way in but you must pay for either at the main camping area
About a half a mile after the main entrance on the left
You can search Maps for McCollum Camping Area, takes you right to it.
Campground is on the left on the way in
In the campground located on your left as you drive down main road in park. Look for sign.
