This is a very cool waterfall with multiple levels. The water cascades down stacked sheets of stone in a beautiful display of white foam. When we visited, the water level was lower, so I'm sure it's even more spectacular during the spring runoff. Parking can be a little tricky, but it's definitely worth the stop or to spend some time cooling down in one of the pools.

The falls are visible from the parking lot however you can easily walk up the falls through the water to make for a longer hike. Lots of opportunities for great photos as you hike up the river.

Upper Provo River falls is a special little place just right off the Highway. On busier weekends it will be difficult to find parking but folks tend to not spend more than 20 minutes or so at this attraction. Be sure to go up and down the trails to see everything. Watch your step when it’s wet as the natural stones can be slick.

You can see it from where you park! And it's about a 1-2 minute walk down to the edge of the river tops
There are many areas along the road up here that are not part of the camp grounds where you can pull off and park your camper (just pay the canyon pass fee). These are on a first come basis and are not improved.
We got a little bit of sprint at the pass.
