We come to this campground every year, since it is close to our home. This year, our camp host, Sherry, had to deal with the problem that the site we had reserved 4 months earlier was unavailable the day we arrived, due to the previous occupants’ equipment breakdown while still in the site. We were NOT “happy campers”, but she kept her calm and helped us to a different site (that we ended up liking much better!) She checked in on us every day, and became a friend. Sherry is a real asset to the company, going above and beyond the typical campground host. We would be pleased to see her again next year.

This place is such a dream! Beautiful grounds, quiet & peaceful. Sherry was such a great camp host & helped us whenever we needed it. She was a joy to chat w/. We will be back ASAP.

Wonderful place up in the mountains! We really enjoyed our stay among the giant pine trees with a creek running through the back portion of the campsite. Camp host Lis was super nice and pleasant to talk to. We'll definitely be back.

Campground is beautiful, clean, quiet! Camp host, Lis does a great job!! I hope she get paid what she is worth!! The map and website definitely need some updates. Not all sites show up correctly on the map. Also pictures of actual rv/trailer/parking sites would be a blessing as it is hard to reserve something you can't see and it is a tight winding road to get to sites in Loop A.

$28 or maybe $24. Recreation.gov is the only way to book sites.
Once during an emergency we got cell service at the dock by the big tree miraculously. But not after. Pretty much you have to Oakley for service
They do but you won't get some of your money back. It's a non refundable fee that they charge. If you stay in the same campground but need different dates, then they won't charge you. I would give them a call before you do anything online.
Yes there is plenty of water on the north side
Yes as long as they on on a leash. And if they are a HUGE dog make sure it is a chain. I was walking the loops with my grand kids and dogs once and a Rottweiler broke through the orange string the owner was using. My Husband almost killed that dog and I almost killed the owner. They just ask you be respectful of others. Clean up you dog poop...don't let them bark continually and have a great time. Oh and from me...don't let your dog swim where I am fishing!!!!!
