Beautiful scenery all around. Some lots are pretty small and close to others but there are some real gems here.

I camped this weekend and I loved the place my children loved it, it has what it takes to spend a few perfect days with the family... well taken care of by the hosts, I did not use the bathrooms but I went to see them and they were very clean and that says a lot of the care of the hosts. The campgrounds have different spaces according to what you need, very quiet... you can hear certain trucks or motorcycles that pass by the main road making a lot of noise but it is not all the time only on certain occasions... good leftovers from the trees in most of the space, everything very clean, the nearby river is small but its sound is very relaxing... I recommend the place... the only thing I would have liked is that you could get water somewhere in the place, look and I did not see any key so if you want to stay for many days you must take into account that you need to bring your water..

If you are looking for peace & quiet, relaxation & tranquility, well then just KEEP DRIVING! Hubby and I arrived on a Thursday afternoon and the gate was open with NO Camp Host. Friday, however was a different story. A large family of 7 set up camp right next to us. We had to listen to kids screaming (and crying) morning, noon, and night. Plus, they kept running through our campsite. While dogs are allowed here, all but one (that we saw) were not wearing a leash, and the constant barking was mind numbing. ATVs are not allowed in the campgrounds, but some didn't bother to read the camp rules. ATVs whizzed by kicking up dirt through our RV windows, and on our food. Now, the worst part of it is someone in the sites behind us were shooting off Guns for target practice. We believe they were a small and large caliber handguns being fired. We were worried about the safety of those 5 kids running around. There is no cell service to call the Ranger Station, nor did we see a Ranger patrol through the campgrounds. After paying $60 for 3 nights, we had no choice but to pack up and leave early. We have been RV Camping for 32 years and never had an experience like this. No one understands Campground Etiquette anymore. Needless to say, we are never going back.

I'm trying to find a map of the actual sites, so we know where the sites are located within the campground. The old website had it, but this new one does not. How and where can I find a map of the sites location?

Drive to the Kamas ranger station you can either stop to get a map or keep driving straight 6-7 miles to the campground.
