No first come first served. Recreation.gov indicates there are some but when we got here they were full (gorgeous campground) and had future booking listed for the next group of people.

Verizon seems to get service off and on. While other providers don't at all, your best bet is to drive about 10 miles towards Evanston where you should get service.
As of today 6/27/19, you will still find snow in the campground. Best to call the Forest service in Kamas for more details.
It is a first come first served campground with no reservations.
