I went for a quick scratch card sale this morning, cashier seemed busy with something behind the counter. When we eventually got the correct cards the cashier rang up the sale, left them right there by her on the counter so I had to reach across to get them, and went straight back to whatever she was doing, not the greatest customer service, I felt like I was interrupting, but, on the bright side, the shop is looking lovely and well-stocked after the revamp.
