When I went to this car lot, nobody even greeted me, even though someone saw me park and get out. They just walked past me and went outside. Once I went inside and told them that I just moved to this town, they told me that I had to be living here at least a year before I could get a car. They never asked me about my finances or my living situation. Just because I'm new in town doesn't mean that I don't have the income or good credit in order to get a car. Just because you own a business doesn't mean you are a good business owner. I've never heard of you having to live in a town for a year in order to buy a car. Be cautious with this car lot.
