Mail recipient-Powell The supervisor Deb is disgustingly rude. They took it upon themselves to return my mail twice. Even after I called and stated I did not recieve my mail. Then stated you have a attitude. Yes, I do after I called 3 weeks ago and told you I did not receive very important mail. After it shows it was supposed to be delivered. The supervisor stated well the mail carrier doesn't hold any mail. And did not investigate it at all. Fast forward three weeks later and it shows my check was supposed to be delivered again after the sender had to cancel and re-issue. I did not recieve it. I called back and the sane supervisor states oh the carrier said they returned your mail again. I HAVE LIVED HERE 6 MONTHS. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO START RETURNING MY MAIL???? So you have been returning my utility bills also??? In Cera circumstances you can get people I trouble for returning there mail and acting as if they do not live someplace. And that is not your job. You Job is to deliver the mail. The carrier didn't even knock on my door to see if I lived there you just started returning my mail. And when I called about it the supervisor just stated oh well and didn't even investigate why. This could of been fixed 3 weeks ago has she did her job and let the carrier know to stop returning people's mail. I could see if the mail was stacked up but it wasn't. They should not return peoples mail unless RETURN TO SENDER IS WRITTEN ON IT!!!! WHEN I MOVED IN I SPOKE WITH THE POSTMASTER AND LET HER KNOW I MOVED AND AND I STARTED RECIEVING MY MAIL. AND THIS SUPERVISOR ASKS CARRIER 6 MONTHS LATER Determined to return my mail.

It’s so annoying that I feel rushed when I’m helped in this post office. The only people that don’t make me feel this way is Greg & the weekend guy with the navy Lanyard. The hours are sooooo inconvenient!!!! Why close at 4:30 when most people can’t come until they get off at 5pm & what’s the point being open on Saturday for just two hours?!? Every time I go on Saturday, I’m in line for literally an hour. They never lock the door or have anyone at the door when they close, but damn near lynch you if you walk in. This seriously needs to change! ASAP!

In need of a passport go and see Ms Judy at the Goose Creek Post Office. I rate her service 5 stars🌟. She got us in and out even though we didn't have an appointment she definitely treats her customers the same way she would like to be treated, even let me borrow her glasses to see better to sign my name.

This morning the carrier accidentally delivered my package to the wrong address. I called and they acted quickly to reach out to the carrier who then turned back and went out of her way to apologize and be sure I got my package. This was handled with such great care and professionalism.
