Ok. IF you pick a uphill tent site with no utilities expect that. No bathrooms unless you walk. Showers at main building are hot. It gets muddy in the rain etc. It's camping! I have been coming here for years and the place gets better every time. The staff is super nice. Good wood for purchase. Excellent trailer store. Nice selection of private sites. Walmart 10 min down road. IF YOU CATCH the right weekend you can watch a bunch of hot air balloons take off at sunset. I won't camp anywhere else. Don't sleep on this place. Sleep IN this place.

Look, it’s not the Taj Mahal and doesn’t pretend to be so some of the other reviews seem a bit unfair. Great and friendly staff. We just needed a one night stopover that was easy on/off the highway - had what we needed and we were treated well. There’s a couple dogs who are sort of professional greeters which was cute. We have 3 more stays booked with them over the next year.

Super nice staff. Bath house was clean exept for the shower curtains. Dump station doesn't work. Some one turned off our water over night. Another camper parked in our pull threw during the night. And the pool closes in September.

We camped off season. It was dark and quiet. Many campsites were taken but several people were there to work in NJ. Rest rooms and showers were clean Staff is spiffing up sites with mulch and logs.
