No they focus on systematic change not individual litigation. You can go to thier website for thier contact information and if they can't assist you they can point you in the right direction.

I sent in a question over the week end and now it's as if they don't know anything.im personally tired and I'm in lot of pain. I keep getting rejected for help everywhere I turn,and it makes me ashamed to be an American or a vet,or disabled.
