Able to find a great spot on a weekday in late August after schools were in session. I would probably make a reservation in the future to guarantee a lake-side spot. The restrooms and campsites were VERY clean thanks to the hard work of Jody and Chris, the site managers.

Gorgeous campground with plenty of room between spaces. Fantastic spot to see the Milky Way and star gaze. The lake is close by and perfect for kayaking and fishing. We liked it better than Mirror Lake.

As of yesterday August 15 camp ground was still open. For any changes contact the Uintah national forest service. They have an office in Kamas Utah just west of the high school on the Mirror lake hwy road.
