The overlook , picnic area campground and most trail heads are wheelchair accessible. The road trail is probably the best and can be accessed at beginning of park and along orher pull offs on your right as you enter the park heading toward lookout area. You can see the trail on your right as you drive into the park Enjoy .The best view will be at the lookout area but the actual lookout is not wheelchair accessible but still a great view. Blessings .
Yes best pathways and access is very good
My father was in a wheelchair. He loved it. He was able to see out from a wheelchair pull off. From the viewing area, we are able to see him so not much different views
