15 to 20 minutes walk, yes you can take your dog with lease .
According to the FAQ's, they don't allow pets. It was about a ten or fifteen minute hike to the pool. Some steep parts and steps.

Their website says pets not allowed. Also I haven't seen any people with pets on the day I visited.
I doubt if dogs are allowed.
