Always clean, fruits and veggies are fresh! I gave this place 5 stars because.... as I was getting ready to get a case of water this guy was pushing a huge cart of bottled water. Since the size has increased I can't pick up the bottle water anymore. I asked for his help and he smiled and did it willingly. There have been times I've had to pass on the water since I can't lift it anymore! Excellent customer service!! IG: gmtvmodelVanessa

I love going to HEB when I'm in Texas. The people are always nice and they have their own HEB products which are always of great quality. Great market. Texas should be proud. Thank you Howard E. Butts!

Texans love their HEB, and for a good reason, HEB rocks! Overall, the people are helpful and nice, stores carry a good assortment of products, the produce is generally excellent, and they have a wide assortment of ready-to-heat dishes. That said, not all HEB’s are the same and the Dripping Springs store is smaller than most. And despite how fast the area is growing the store has not expanded except for adding curb-side pickup a couple years ago. The small and frequently overcrowded store makes for longer lines, a more packed parking lot, isles are tighter and shopping cart traffic jams are common, as people navigate around a small army of day-time stock people and professional shoppers. It’s not uncommon to find some products being sold out, including staple items. Whether supply chain is to blame or it’s an issue of warehouse fulfillment, sold-out items are a common occurrence, especially on Mondays after the weekend. The best time to go to avoid crowds and have the best shot for well stocked shelves is Thursday or Friday before 9:00 AM. Although I want to give HEB of Dripping Springs 5 stars, I think there is room for improvement that management needs to address. For now, it’s going to be 4 stars and a prayer that “My HEB” finds some solutions to it’s growth issues.

As always (except that one time in Jersey Village), HEB met all my expectations. (Im not Zendaya in Spiderman ) Hal in the deli area was especially helpful.

Masks encouraged, safety dividers at checkout, sanitizer, antibacterial wipes provided at shopping cart station. Majority of customers respect the mask rule, but there are some non compliant customers. All employees wear their masks.
Just go to the customer service desk...
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
Yes, they do. Healthy food options at that!
