I would like to find the Manager of this location, words service, never answer the calls, Update new phone system, they need to have better human services... Please if someone of this Health Dept is reading this message, I need to speak with someone who really care about patients.

My fiancé and I went to the Umatilla location today to ask about COVID testing. The lady sitting at the back desk in the reception area had a very nasty tone when we inquired, stating the testing is done outside and not on Wednesday as their sign states. She was very loud about it like our presence was bothering her. She did not offer where we could go for testing. I guess she forgot that she is a PUBLIC EMPLOYEE, there to serve the community that pays her salary. There is no excuse for her behavior.

It is a cheap place to go for health care and the workers do try to find other free care and programs for you. But it is true how *s l o w* the workers are here ... And they mess up paperwork, can't seem to get it straight, management sucks in this place and for being public servants, they should be embarrassed with all their mistakes and late appointments but this is the fault of the management... I don't think they get paid that well but it's a cake walk job so there is no stress... except for having to deal with patients who understandably complain. But the nurses and doctors are kind... the workers at the front desk need a severe overhaul in customer service... And they need to understand that this is a very small town... And when you are rude and disrespectful to patients, the whole town will know who you are within an hour. There's no reason to be rude or unkind or unprofessional as a public servant, I don't care how upset the customer is ... The workers need training on how to help an upset customer...not disrespect them. The attitude of all public servants should be 'HOW can we help you?' not 'HOW can we figure out NOT to help you.' ... Why not start today?
