The hospital does not know how to keep good nurses around, well at least in cardiology but I can assume it’s the same in the rest of the hospital. And they keep promoting people with no experience and lazy into higher positions. I feel bad for the good nurses here.

Do not use a credit card in the cafeteria of the Slidell memorial hospital.

Now the rating is only for the hospital it self all the staff was sonice and sweet and took such good care of my baby while he was sick but that hospital I have never been in such a nasty hospital before in my life normal it freezing in hospital but it was so warm in the lobby the room we was put in sheets where dirty and don't get me started with the bathroom some had blood all over the floor and toilet wow do better

Significant decline in patient care over the last year. There's also an obvious lack of compassion for patients by most staff. Nurses don't respond when called but are visibly sitting around nurse's station ignoring the bells from patients' rooms. Rumors are SMH is bankrupt. My elderly family member's recent experience reflects truth to the rumor. Sad to see a formerly great hospital decline so rapidly. We will request Oschner Northshore for my family's future needs.

Try Googling “Slidell Memorial Careers” and it should come up.
In the Main Office Bldg. on Gause Blvd., located down the hall behind Patient Registration. Usually you have to stop and Register there first before you can have lab work done.
If you enter from the parking garage, go down the elevator and it's on your left. If you go in from Gause Blvd, it's on your left .

Sorry, not a clue as I just went for a blood test.
The "Registration Office" which is located at the Gause Blvd. Entrance through the Parking Garage could answer any questions and direct you on where to go next.
Its varies on what floor and how the Patient is doing you had to call them
This is not really a question that should be asked on such an open forum such as this. My suggestion is to call the hospital.
