They accepted my appointment for my 4-year-old (wish I had written on the app when I requested the appointment), and then when we arrived from Boston to get her haircut, I was informed that no children under 12 were allowed in the salon. A little bit my fault for not reading the fine print, but also, I had written on the request for appointment that it was for a 4-year-old and they accepted it.

Not sure. 90 per cent of the people who go there have medium to long hair. I have seen 2 people with short hair cuts & they looked good.
