I try to avoid this post office.This place is horrible. Every time I drop priority packages in the box they never get scanned the same day and often a day or two. The drop boxes are always stuck which means they are full. Ive only had a few packages ever lost and for some reason its always when I drop off at this place.

Very bad service! I was there with my kids for their new passports at 3:45pm. The lady works at the post office told me that I need an appointment. I said I came in this morning to take the forms but I didn’t see any sign about appointment is needed. Then she turned the DS11 forms box around and showed me the scan code or the web site. I was like, who would see that side of the box, and there’s no any other signs or posters in the post office about it. Then she said right now it is 3:45 and I can’t take you without an appointment and our passport service is only up to 4pm. However, the office hour sign in the front door of the post office only says Monday is closed at 5pm, but no hour information for the passport service. It was a waste of time and very lack of correct and upfront information to the customers from the post office.

The lady who served me is Indian and as soon as I said I’m shipping to Canada, she went off on me about how she felt some Canadians insulted India while on vacation at Martha’s Vineyard and then goes on to say she is sorry I am from Canada! The only reason I didn’t say anything is because I don’t want her to tamper with my package which contains valuable documents. She even went on to say that when shipping anything to Canada that I should be worried! Now I am worried about my package! I am absolutely livid to be spoken to like this. I had NOTHING to do with her one time experience and she was insulting me! This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated by customers.
