Thank goodness we made reservations! This place is absolutely hopping on a holiday like Valentine's Day. As a local, I've grown up alongside the Log Jam Restaurant and have had the pleasure of enjoying this lovely establishment for decades. Rest assured, I'm still thrilled every time I go up to the salad bar and discover the homemade breads and butter. Then as I pass the salads, my eyes long for that one special flavor that I cannot resist... cottage cheese. Yes, they have it, and I love it. Thanks Log Jam! By the way, the roasted duck was perfect. See you again soon.

The Log Jam is handicap accessible. There are no stairs. When making a reservation you can request to have a table close to the entrance.
Tables are distances, best to make reservations, limited seating, server gets all salad bar things you want, masks when not seated, when waiting you may have to wait in car.
I don't think salad bars are open anywhere across the country for buffet ...or any buffets they will serve you
We were there last week......we asked for outdoor seating.....they said none was available.......I've gone to the logjam dozens of times......I can't imagine where it would be placed........I would call ahead for a reservation and ask anyway.......
The Green House is always open but you might have to call to see if it's reserved for an event.
I walked in on a Saturday with no reservation and there was no problem getting a table.
The only time I have seen it closed was during covid. We were there recently and it was open. Again you need to get there after 430 to order from full menu.
