This store saved my business! I had horrible experiences with most of the stores in my local area. Either they closed early (Chalmette store), didn't answer the phone, (which caused me to make SEVERAL trips to all of those stores), wasn't knowledgeable of the product I was looking for or refused to offer assistance. I contacted this store at 8:25 p.m. Ms. Rhonda answered the phone and went over and beyond to help assist me. She gave me directions to the store, checked for the product I was searching for, and ensured me that it was available at her store. I drove 28 miles which took me 35 minutes to arrive. She had my items at the counter ready for me to purchase. I will make this drive from now on!! I appreciate the service from this store as they made me feel like a valued customer. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE ROCK! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOP AT THIS DOLLAR TREE. MS. RHONA BROWN ROCKED THE WOW FACTOR FOR ME!!!
